By accessing or using the AN Liquor Store website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Age Requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders if we have reason to believe you are under 21.

This website is for informational and inquiry purposes only. Product listings, prices, and availability displayed on this Site are subject to change without notice and are not a binding offer to sell. Final prices and availability are confirmed in-store or via direct communication.
4. New Jersey Alcohol Laws
AN Liquor Store operates under a New Jersey Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license. All sales are subject to NJ ABC regulations. We do not ship alcohol. Sales are conducted in-store only to persons 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo identification.
5. Responsible Alcohol Use
We promote responsible alcohol consumption. Do not drink and drive. Alcohol consumption during pregnancy may cause birth defects. If you or someone you know has a problem with alcohol, please contact SAMHSA's National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.
